The dalgona series comes on chocolate milk, strawberry milk or fresh milk, with soy and oat milk available. Bubble tea is on the menu too.

This is the whole point of Hummies: we craft the base, you perfect it. Nobody hands you a finished dessert and walks away.

Pick your base

Acai, mini pancakes, a long waffle wand, a croffle or a bagel. Start wherever your heart points.

Pick your drizzle

Cookie butter, Kinder Bueno, hojicha, matcha and friends. One drizzle or three, we do not judge.

Pile on the toppings

Oreo crumbs, Biscoff, fresh fruit and more from the toppings bar. There is no wrong answer.

Guests customise their own drinks and treats right at the bar: drizzles, crumbs, fruit, the works. You bring the people, we bring the griddles, the toppings and the good vibes.

Born on campus, popping up all over

Hummies was born at Ngee Ann Polytechnic and grew through pop-ups and student deliveries around campuses, including NTU. Night markets, school fairs, weekend events: if there is a crowd with a sweet tooth, we are probably nearby.

Hi, that is Carol

Hummies Cafe is founded by Carol Lee Kai Le. What started at Ngee Ann Polytechnic is now a roaming dessert operation: campus pop-ups, student deliveries and DIY live stations at events across Singapore.

The idea never changed since the early stall days: we craft the bases, you perfect them. Every cup, wand and croffle leaves the counter looking a little different, because you built it.
