Pop-up locations and student pre-orders live on Instagram.

How it works
This is the whole point of Hummies: nothing arrives finished until you say so. Three moves and the treat is officially yours.
Acai, a waffle wand, a croffle or a bed of mini pancakes. Every treat starts with a decision only you can make.
Cookie butter, Kinder Bueno, hojicha or matcha, swirled on while you watch. Yes, you can mix.
Oreo crumbs, Biscoff, fresh fruit. There is no wrong answer at the toppings bar.

Live stations for events
Hummies brings the whole night-market counter to your event: a live station their FoodLine listing bills as Singapore's only fully self-service DIY bar. Your guests customise their own drinks and treats, from dalgona milk to mini pancakes fresh off the griddle.

Pop-ups and campus runs
Hummies was born at Ngee Ann Polytechnic and grew the honest way: pop-up stalls and student deliveries around campuses, including NTU. The next location, the menu and the pre-order slots always land on Instagram first.

The founder
Hummies Cafe, also known as Hummies' Delights, is founded by Carol Lee Kai Le. What started at Ngee Ann Polytechnic now travels to pop-ups, campuses and events across Singapore.
The idea never changed: hand people the good stuff, then let them finish it themselves. Crafted by us, perfected by you.
Still small, still hands-on, still built one waffle wand at a time.
